Sim card not arrived

  • I ordered my sim card on the 10th of October and I'm still waiting for it. The sim has already been put onto my plan so will I have to pay for it when I haven't received it

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent by second class post and due to postal strikes could take longer, but should be around 5 working days for you to receive it.

Any account issues, you will have to ring customer service and speak to them, you should only start paying for it from the day you activate it, or rather put it in your phone.
