SIM only Order with 24 months contract

I used perksatwork to get employee discount code of 20% for 24 month SIM only contract.

I got email with order number as xxxxxxxxxxx with 20% applied. 

Someone calls from ee and says this order didn't go through. Saying the discount won't be given as something went wrong in ordering. I can't find this order on track your order.

I feel frustrated as every employee gets code only once. How am I to find another code?

Come on EE set this right as you accepted the order after credit check online.

Please get in touch with Customer Care once you have received your SIM. They'll be able to take your code and send it over to our Perk Team to be added manually.
