I made sure to order the S24 plus on 27/02/24 to take advantage of the free galaxy buds 2 pro offer (this was the last day). I had an email to say I needed to phone to confirm some details, but the phone lines were closed. Before they opened the following morning I received an order confirmation email. Because this was received on 28/02/24 it invalidates any claim for the buds with Samsung. Is there anything that can be done or do I just need to cancel the order and get a different phone that is in stock (rather than waiting the week or so for the S24 plus)?
