Wrong advice received and Mini 4G hub ordered. Correct BT 4G hub received within 14 days. Now trying to return the 4GMini Hub. Numerous phone calls with assurances that a returns bag will be posted but weeks later no bag. Have now been charged £50 for 4GMini Hub sitting in its box waiting to be returned. Where can I send it back please.
