Returns Bags

Hi - i have received a mail asking for me to return some kit, which I am happy to do, but I haven't received any returns bags. Any advise on where I can get these from.

I’m having the same problem what do I do if I havnt been sent a bag to return my old kit back in ?

Welcome to our community.

If you haven't received your returns bag within 7 days, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team over the phone so they can get another one sent out.

This is not true. There is no online functionality and the only way is to call where there is 45 minute waits. I only want a bag that was never sent and instead you want to charge me to return something to which you're giving no possible pathway to success. Scam!

I am being asked to return some kit that I don't have as I sent it to bt 2 weeks ago. Can I send it all back and renew my contract elsewhere? Nothing but constant emails asking for it.

Can I please just check, is it EE or BT you're with for your broadband right now? 
Also are you cancelling your service altogether, or just sending back a WiFi disc?

The only thing I have had from EE is a tv box. The other items I have sent back were to BT. PS. I have proof of posting too.... and an acknowledgement of receipt.
