Returning an item that was shipped to store

I ordered an extra item on my account and had selected it to go to the nearest store. I had no communication as to expected delivery and I no longer want the item as it arrived too late for my husbands birthday. Can I return online or do I have to go in store and return ?

@Burney99   You need to go to the store.  If you don’t go it’ll be returned back anyway for none collection.   The store should have or will notify you when it’s there for collection.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
