Replacement phone ??

I reported my phone as damaged on Sunday 10 the insurance woman said the replacement would arrive mon 11  , nothing , rang up this morning, Tuesday 12 , supposed to be today but I’ve heard nothing from the courier and you are supposed to get a message in the morning as to delivery date and time , please advise

You'll need to speak to your insurers.

If DPD is used then I suggest downloading and registering on the app.
