I have the same problem. I've been waiting for over 24 hours now. But I cant contact the technical support team as my phone doesn't work! What are the alternative options to get help?

Was this a replacement SIM card?

Its a new card sim-only deal. I transferred my existing number from Three, and that card is still working. The new card from EE has a different new number on it. It arrived yesterday and I inerted it straight away, but 36 hours later its still not working.

I tried that, but the system asks for my phone number before putting me through to talk to someone, and doesn't recognise either phone number!
