Hi there, I was having a little confusion earlier while attempting to upgrade.
I have a contract with 2 lines that has been complete for a little while, both lines are able to be upgraded.
Normally I would just pop into an EE Store, but I decided to see what offers were available online and found some upgrade options of interest. A new phone for my main line, an ipad for my second tablet line and was also considering adding a couple of pay-by-month accessories.
I was attempting to put through both upgrades but it kept cycling back around and emptying the basket and starting the process over for each.
Not having any experience of using the EE online shop before I was getting confused why I couldn't add everything to the basket as one transaction.
Am I supposed to go through the whole process individually?
Go through the upgrade with line 1, then upgrade line 2, then again go through the basket with the accessories?
Is that right or am I missing something really obvious here?

If you are having issues completing both upgrades please try doing this separately.
Alternatively, if you give us a call on 150 our customer care team will be more than happy to help get this processed for you.
