I am so annoyed words cannot describe . I ordered a phone last night with a contract and woke up this morning to a random cancellation text message without an explanation . I ordered this new phone and sim because mine does not work anymore so I can’t even call them to sort this mess out

There will definitely be a reason that this was cancelled, but if you speak with our digital sales team they'll be able to check the order, confirm what has happened, and when possible help you get this re-ordered.

Alternatively if this isn't possible, you can also visit one of our retail stores, and they can help connect you with our team from there,

EE-CS are available on 07953 966150 from any working phone - it need not be an EE one or a mobile.

Perhaps find a friend or relative whose phone you can borrow to make the call.
A web-calling app may be another option.
