Query regarding Pixel Buds Pro 2 promotion on delayed Pixel 11 Pro XL order

Hi, I placed an order this past Saturday for a Google Pixel 11 Pro XL on a pay monthly plan. Due to current stock issues, the phone itself hasn't arrived yet, but I expect it to be delivered in the next few days.

I wanted to check how the launch promotion for the £1 Pixel Buds Pro 2 works in this scenario. Because the phone hasn't shipped yet, I haven't received any text message or promotional claim code.

Could a community guide or moderator please confirm if the promotion automatically tracks against my account based on my Saturday order date, and when I should expect the text message voucher once the phone is finally delivered?

The offer will be based on the date that you placed the order, so with you ordering on 30th August as it was before the offer ended.

There is a text sent 14-30 days after the phone is received with details on how to claim the Google Pixel Buds 2 Pro for £1, but if you don't receive a text in that time, give our customer service guides a call and they can chase it for you.
