Pre order confusion

Hi,

I pre ordered iPhone 17 Air. Paid £30 upfront. Received email with xko order number but the email was headed “please call to discuss” rang them in the morning and they ended up changing it from 36 month plan to 24 month with a discount which worked out cheaper. They said all is fine and confirmed, agreed to the documents on the screen share thing. 

I haven’t received any further correspondence, no email with confirmation of order. XKO number doesn’t work to track process of order (I’m not expecting delivery tracking, just order process tracking) 

Has my order actually been accepted and will I get a email confirmation?

It sounds like it was accepted. If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I would suggest downloading and registering on the DPD app as well. When your delivery is due you'll receive a text.  

As your device is on preorder then just remember there maybe delays depending on stock and delivery.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
