Playstation 5 order

I ordered a playstation 5 yesterday and received the "thankyou for your order" email with the order number, and the £10 upfront cost has been taken, but I havent received anything since, and the order number won't work in the track my order part. It said that it takes 2-3 days delivery on the website and I'm just a bit worried that it hadn't completely processed 🙈

Hi @MandyEvans1.

If you received a confirmation email, then your order has gone through successfully.

You'll get a text from DPD when it is ready for delivery.

It's been almost 2 days and still not able to track my order, or had any other email.. Is that normal?

DPD will provide tracking details for the delivery once they have your order. 

If you would like to check the order has all gone through, please call us on 150 🙂
