Does anyone have any idea of the dispatch date for the pixel watch 2? I have pre ordered, but am unsure when to expect delivery.

Same here. Ordered on the 6/10/2023 I have chased and chased and chased for something from them but they just keep closing the messaging sessions without responding. Been with EE for years now but with service like this I think worth a change. Hope you hear something back soon on you order.

all I can say is good luck. I ordered mine on the 06/10/2023. I had a complaint open which they closed and did not give any reason why or what’s going on at all.Been with EE for a while now and it’s becoming a common theme for anyone to actually respond. Complete lack of communication. Hope you get some kind of response soon..

I was told 4 days ago that my watch was in the warehouse and awaiting picking in order to dispatch. I chased again yesterday to be told that they are out of stock! Seems that I'm either being misinformed or that some kind of incompetence is at play.

Until a device can be allocated to you you’ll not receive any updates as there’s nothing to update you on. You can not track an order until a device is allocated as you can not track nothing.
If EE are waiting on stock to be sent to them EE can not say you’ll get your order once that stock is received because EE don’t know how many they’ll receive.

Chris B, as per my latest post (that you replied to), I was told that my order was in the warehouse and therefore I would expect tracking info upon allocation.
I am fully aware that I will not receive tracking until the order is allocated, but I was told that it was in the warehouse, awaiting allocation.
Therefore, I'm unsure of what your post is pointing out, other than what I already know?
