@Tomtom1576  what iPhone model spec did you order what colour and storage size ?

Welcome to the community.

Can I double check the model with you? The iPhone 16 Pro Max doesn't come in a 128GB version, it starts with 256GB, but the iPhone 16 Pro does come in 128GB.
