Hello , I ordered a iphone 14 pro max yesterday and I’ve not had a email saying it’s out for delivery, but I had a text this morning saying ‘ Hi from the EE Fraud Team. If the device you receive isn't the same as the one you ordered, please call us on 0800 176 6076 before returning it to any addresses you may have been given. Thanks. ‘ but I haven’t received a phone ?

Hello, you would be better off ringing CS up on 150 as no one as access to any accounts on here. Also download the DPD app and use same email and phone number you used to make the order for the phone as DPD are more likely to tell you when you’re phone is coming before EE do in my experience.
