Phone order

I ordered a new phone 22/02/23 and have had an email confirming this. However, I am unable to get any details about tracking delivery. When should I expect my phone to be delivered ?

@HannahT21   You’ll get tracking information once a device is allocated to you,  but call customer services to make sure your order actually went through with no issues. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
