Phone order

I ordered a phone on Friday - received my credit agreement and order number but I still have heard nothing further on the delivery of the phone?

What type of phone did you order, make, model, colour and memory size, let me know and I can check the stock situation for you. Are you able to track the order using the order tracker online or by going to Manage> Orders in the EE app?

iPhone 17 pro good as new silver 512gb - no it doesn’t let me track it when I put in my order number it’s an error message.

@Gglack  you need to download the DPD app if you have not already done so, you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one with a one hour window on the day of delivery with a PIN number which you show the driver before receiving your device.
