Phone not delivered

DPD driver couldn’t deliver my new phone as I hadn’t received the PIN when he called. Phone seems to be back at the depot but heading back to EE. 
what happens next ?

Hi @Waynegoody 

You should receive a text from DPD with the delivery and a note saying they will need a pin.

If the device is on its way back you'll need to wait until it is processed by EE. Just check the DPD app and make sure it is not out for delivery again. 

Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
