Hi I bought new phone cover online from EE stupidly bought iPhone 11 instead of 13 now not sure how to send back as no returns form in bag or any for for that matter and to go the the shop you have to make an appointment!! So basically just wanting to know how to send back does anyone know Tia, Donna

@Don5766 You can’t go to a EE store as you didn’t purchase it from a store, you purchased it from EEs online store you will need to call customer services so I returns bag can be sent out to you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
