I recieved an email regarding my order for my phone and nothing else from that my tracking number isn’t working

Please give our team a call, they will be able to check the order reference, help track your order and get you an update.

Still haven’t had any updates on my phone yet do you know how long it will be

Hi @Markmoore23 

As you're seeing an error when checking on our tracking page your order may not have been completed. 
As @Debbie_G mentioned, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check the status of the order. 
Just so you know, if you have received an email asking you to call in, your order will not have been processed until you do. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
