Hi I recently took a contract out with you and Iv had no confirmation and no phone. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. You have taken my money though.

@1076anthony , this is not customer service, but you would have received notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
