I’ve ordered a lilac iPhone 17 256GB yesterday morning and I’ve received the contract summary email and the contact number changed email but I’ve received no confirmation email and the only order reference number I’ve received on the contact number change email is 24 characters long and I can’t track the process (on the ee app)

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 becase your may not be processed yet, then you can use EE order tracking
Download the DPD app as well.
