Phone S22 ULTRA PROBLEM

Hello, on the 20th of January now, I ordered an s22 ultra in my name, my contract. I also paid money up front for the phone, I didn't receive the order number by email, nothing.. what's happening, how long will it take for my phone to arrive? can someone help me ?

On the last update we had, that phone was in stock. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can double check your order.
