Hello, when upgrading I traded in my old phone, received an email saying the old phone was revived at the weekend and now I have received an email saying phone not received and I have been billed £500 pound for the upgrade, I am extremely angry about this, I always have a receipt as proof of postage!!!

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand your concern with getting the conflicting information in the messages.

I would imagine that the texts have crossed over and that the charge would be removed, but with that amount I would recommend speaking to our billing guides so they can bring up your account and check for certain that there is no charge on the next bill.
