Pay monthly sim

I signed up for a pay monthly sim on Tuesday night and received a message at the end of the order saying we need to confirm more details and they would call within 48hrs. However I also received an email saying successful order and they are processing it. 
I’ve not had any further emails or any contact from them as yet. Has anyone else had the same?

Did you receive the successful order e-mail after you had the one about needing to contact us? If so it does sound like our digital sales team have been able to process it ok. 

 But if you wanted to double check you can give us a quick call and one of our guides can check the order and make sure everything is ok.

Hi the email came through pretty much just after I placed the order.
