Pay monthly order processing

Hi I made an order on Friday and it processed and I got an order reference and I got a contract summary emailed to me but have had no correspondence on shipping or order processing?

Welcome to the community.

It is normal for you to not hear anything after your initial order until the phone is on the way. 

Generally orders don't go out over the weekend, so that sounds normal as well.

If you let me know what you ordered, including model, colour and storage size if it was a phone, I can see if there are any delays.

Hi! Yes it was an iPhone 17 pro in the blue, 256GB. I did pay an upfront cost. Many thanks!!

The stock for that model does say expected dispatch in 1-3 days.

If you've not heard anything from DPD about the order by tomorrow, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order status for you.
