Did you order a handset contract or a SIM only contract?

Have you received any confirmation email? sometimes these can end up in your Spam/Junk folder.

Yeas with a SIM cards but I haven’t get anything

@darawi , the SIM card is sent by second class post and can take up to 5 working days for you to receive it, depending on post.
