Today i ordered my phone via my PC. After completing all steps to filling out my contract and payment details I payed the upfront cost to place my order. The money came out if my account and EE tried to load a 'your order' page. I must add I DID not have an account before ordering. I DID use my phone number currently as my contact info and DID use my email that I used to create this account with. (I was worried I used a capital G on gmail but have been told it isn't case sensitive). I'm now at a loss with a contract set up with EE not being able to know or see if my purchase was successful and arriving. All u know is I've payed an upfront cost. I do not see where to find my orders on my EE account.
