Ordered no email confirmation

I ordered iPhone 15 pro max the money was taken from the account but I have not received a confirmation email I checked my spam and junk folder but still nothing I don’t know if I’ve been scammed or what’s going on

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, but deliveries are not usually done at the weekend.

If you want to know more, you will have to ring customer service, we have no account access here.

I understand that but surely I should get a confirmation email of my order so why haven’t I received that yet, I’m not able to track my order because I haven’t received a confirmation email with the order number
