Ordered a sim but haven't received anything

I ordered a sim card on 29/11/22. Not received any updates or anything. I've put in my order number in the order tracking page and nothing is coming up. What should I do?

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days and are delivered by Royal Mail. This will be posted to you and no signature is needed. 

Our online order tracker is for pay monthly devices; this will not track SIM orders.
