Ordered PAYG sim

I ordered a PAYG sim £15 with transfer number 10 days ago and I got an email confirming the order on the same day but I've had no further update from EE since then. I've also tried to track the order on EE website but it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.".

The confirmation email says it normally be delivered within 2 working days and unlikely to go beyond 7 days.

Where can I find my order status?

Welcome to the community,

You will not receive a tracking number, all SIM cards are sent by second class post, and that will depend whether there are strikes. 

I would suggest ringing customer service if it does not arrive, there is no account access here, this is not customer service.
