Can’t find my order etc took payment but had nothing since it’s only been 24 hours but not sure if Ive actually been accepted got order number through ie the xko one.. no other email to say its been cancelled or anything tried calling but couldn’t actually get through

Just to be sure with this one, what exactly did you order, including the colour and storage version?
Also is your payment showing as pending, or fully extracted?
Finally it's worth double checking your emails, including spam and junk, to make sure that you haven't have any further correspondence from our team, too.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max orange 256gb paid the initial £30 upfront cost that’s come out… no other emails other than usually dispatch in 1-2 days they’ll text if need more info etc but had nothing and order number isn’t recognised

This model is showing as in stock and ready for delivery as soon as next day, so we'd expect you to have received an update on this.
Is the payment showing as having fully gone through?

Yeah paid the £30 upfront cost got an email to say thanks for your order and that’s all I’ve got

We don't have access to your account here on the Community, but everything you shared here looks good so far.
If you give our customer care team a call though, and ask to speak with Web sales, they'll be able to check your XK order reference number and make sure 100% that all has gone through as they should do.
