Hi, I placed an order through upgrade anytime and since the initial order confirmation email. I have heard nothing and when I go to track it on the EE website it says that the order doesn’t exist. Do I place my order again?

What make and model of phone did you go for?
If you received a confirmation email, the order will have been logged, it may just be that we're waiting for more stock to come in.
