Hi, I’ve made a order on 28th July for a contract but I haven’t had no other emails and I can’t track it! And I can’t seem to find the live chat part

What phone, colour and storage size did you order?
If for some reason the order tracker doesn't work, you can get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and ask for an update.
DPD will text and email you before 11am on the day of delivery with your time slot.

The current guidance is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days'
Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.
