Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive notification the evening before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
If you want to find out more, you will have to ring customer service and they can take a look for you, but it could be ready for dispatch or DPD may have or will receive it and you should receive notification as mentioned above.
