Hi I was wondering if anyone knows as I placed an order twice..1 at 13.06pm yesterday and 15.26pm yesterday and they took the deposit twice and was given 2 different order numbers and I know 1 has passed,just wondering if anyone thinks the other would get passed and that I just need to wait for confirmation as now if I click on accessories there asking for full payment now instead.

1 deposit is saying settled payment and the other is still saying pending online payment.

1 still says in me bank pending online payment nd the other says settled nd had a txt I'd be receiving 1 today x

The payment will show in your available balance within a few working days, if the order has not been successful.

Have you contacted your bank to check how long they hold uncompleted pending payments from your balance?
