@craigmitchell19 , this is not customer service and you have not mentioned what you have ordered.
If it is the new IPhone, then that will depend when EE receive stock, as orders are sent out on a first come first serve, so you could have a wait, you would have to ring customer service to find out, no account access here.
You will receive a notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
By the way, no need to repeat yourself with the same question, this is a public forum and so this will depend when someone is available to reply, but your question is for customer service, which this is not. Patience is a virtue!
