So i placed an order online and I got an email saying that my order was successful and to wait for an email and text updates when it was dispatched. I have not received any update since this. I’ve looked on the forum and I’ve seen that if you get this email it generally means that your order has been successfully placed and passed the checks so why hasn’t it been shipped?
