@DanielePereira This isn’t customer support it’s a public forum, no one here’s knows anything your order or even has access to your account to see what you even ordered. You need to call customer support

My problem was not resolved. And I went to the store just now and since I don't speak English very well the attendant didn't want to help me. Disappointed.

Good morning @DanielePereira , I'm disappointed to hear that you weren't able to get this resolved.
At the time you placed your order we were estimating up to 21 days for delivery on this handset, but this estimate has since been brought forwards to within 7 days.
There's a good chance this will be with you really soon, but it's also worth checking to ensure that the order definitely went through.
I'm going to pop you over a private message with a few more details on how you can get this double checked.
