Hi, I ordered a new Google pixel 6 upgrade 3 days ago and received a confirmation email with order number. I tried to track the order with this number but the message says they can't give any information.

When I ordered it said dispatch within 24 hours

@char040781  You’ll get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.  You have an order number,  EE only stock the 6a and 6pro according to the website so hopefully you mean one of them.    I would call customer services to inquire about your order as you should have had this by now.
