Order tracking problem

Hi, 

I recently ordered a smart watch from yourselves as an add on with my payment plan for a phone I recently ordered, however the only email I have received is the confirmation email with my order number.

However when I try using this tracking number it says it's either invalid or the system has timed out, I have tried doing this on multiple devices to ensure it wasn't me and it still doesn't work, how would I check to see what stage my order is at, as I don't know when or how to expect this order.

It's great to hear that you've ordered a watch to go along with your phone plan.

Which watch have you ordered, including colour and size?

When was it you placed the order?

When you are trying to track the order, are you using an order number that is all numbers or does it start xko? (Please don't put your order number here).

HI,

I ordered this device on 08/10/2024

The item was a Google pixel watch 2- wifi in black, I can't remember the size of the watch as it does not state on the confirmation email.

When trying to track the item I am using the number given in the confirmation email which starts with xko
