Hello. Does anyone know why my iPhone 16 pro max order tracking number isn’t working? I did have the xko number, which I read on another post wasn’t the correct number. So I called and spoke to an agent who did give me the order number. But now when I type it in it’s saying this (see photo) I have ordered a pay monthly upgrade, so I’m unsure why it’s saying this! Should I be concerned? I’ve literally just got off the phone after being on hold for nearly half an hour! So if anyone can shed some light on it on here for me please it would be much appreciated. Thank you

I can understand your concern at seeing an error. If our guides over the phone have been able to find the order, it will be there.
Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again by logging in through our online order tracker?
