Was informed by courier DPD my new sim would be delivered on Friday 19th. Stated as being delivered but the sim has not been received by myself. Tried getting in contact with DPD but no luck as they state need to get in contact with the sender. No luck on ee website under any of the help topics. Anyone have a clue what I can do to rectify or get another sim as I would of thought I am being charged from when the sim contract was meant to start and my number is being transferred over so don’t want to be left without any means of contact. Any help appreciated

SIM cards are delivered by royal mail and can take 2-5 working days.
