Order showing delivered but haven’t received it.

Hi. I placed an order for an Apple MagSafe charger on Friday. Yesterday I received an email saying it had been delivered then immediately after I received one saying it was on its way however if I try to track the order it says it’s been delivered. I haven’t left my house and I have checked everywhere around the outside of my house and nothing has been left. I’ve also had no communication from the delivery driver. Can you look into this for me please?! I have also tried calling EE and it’s impossible to get through to anyone as I’m not an EE customer and there’s no option for orders when you call!

We don't have access to customer accounts here at the community forums. 

Please give customer service a call where a guide will be able to check the correct status of your order, as well as check the tracking for you.

Hi Ali, thank you for your reply. I have contacted customer services and they said that I would have to contact the company of who would be delivering it which from the confirmation email when I placed the order is Royal Mail. I got this when I replaced the order then the following day had an email saying it had been delivered, followed by an email saying it’s on its way. I’m so confused, I’ve heard nothing from Royal Mail and I can’t track it because it says delivered but I haven’t received it!

I have ordered the exact same product too and the day after I placed the order it’s also saying it’s been delivered by Royal Mail! What happened with yours? Absolutley impossible to get hold of anyone!!
