I ordered and and payed the upfront cost for an iPhone 13 lastnight and had an email with a number starting with xko does this mean it’s been accepted and how long does delivery take?

Welcome to the community.

That is a reference number and means that the order has been received. As long as you do not receive any follow-up emails saying that there's a problem with the order, it should have all gone through.

Delivery depends on the colour and memory size that you chose on how long it will take for delivery.
