Order over the phone.

Hello, I recently upgraded my plan over the phone and ordered the iPhone 14 Pro in Black on a 2 year contract but never received a confirmation email or text so I haven't got an order number. I paid a £30 deposit over the phone and signed the online contract through my EE app whilst I was on the phone also. The staff member mentioned that the phone I wanted was a 14 day despatch wait at current time but I haven't received anything to check for updates. I made this phone call and placed the order on the 07/11/22. Is there anything you can do to try and find my order. Thanks Jake

@Jake-Smudger  Have you checked your spam folder?   If it’s not there you need to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you, Yes I've had a check through all folders and not received anything. I'll ring up to try resolve it thanks.
