I ordered this on 16/09 (11 days ago) and received the order confirmation by email straightaway and not heard a dicky-bird since.
There is no tracking number on the email, just a customer number so I can’t track it.
I placed the order by phoning the sales line so I’m hoping I’ve not been scammed, but it seems a long time to have not heard anything.
If it is simply down to short stock then I think the comms could do with improving so customers know what’s going on.
