Order number and reference number

I ordered my iPhone upgrade and I received and email with a reference number beginning xko and was told to give them a call as there was an issue with my order . I then called and they asked me to re do my order over the phone which I did I then received an email with the xko reference number confirming the order . However not long afterwards I received a text message with an order number that does not begin with xko it’s just numbers . I was just curious to know if this is normal or does it seem like I have 2 orders ? I am still waiting to try get into a live chat as I do not really want to wait on a call again . Thanks for your help in advance

The second reference should be to track your order online, does this work on the order tracker

Hi thanks for replying .. I put both the order reference number from the email in the order tracker and it says awaiting confirmation .. I also put the order number in from the text message which also says awaiting confirmation which is why it confused me as I am not sure if it is two separate orders

In this case, I would suggest calling us on 150 the team can make sure there is only one order set up for you.
