I've ordered a phone 2 days ago, I've got the confirmation email and a tracking order that is not working as every time I try to track it, it says that my tracking timed out

Great to hear you've placed an order. You should be able to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
 

However, if you're facing the tracking is timing out you can call our Customer Service team where a guide can check and update you with the location of your order.
